This team focuses on strategy and outcomes related to identity, profile, authentication, and loyalty experiences.A Day in the Life: What You’ll DoDefine product alignment with overall business strategy and identify guest/business problems to be solved.Define the product vision, strategy, and a 12-24 month roadmap for lululemon & me experiences.Define the business case, investment requirements, and return on investment for products.Approve high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs to achieve key objectives.Approve prioritization sessions for features/themes and define prioritization frameworks.Review and approve direct reports’ quarterly plans and help unblock teams as needed.Make data-informed decisions based on organizational priorities and customer feedback.Identify the need to adjust plans based on portfolio needs.Approve business value impacts definition for initiatives.Manage internal and external partnerships on programs from concept to delivery.Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 product managers.Monitor customer/stakeholder needs and adjust user experience and product roadmaps.Partner with central product management teams to define operating models.Approve recommendations on change impacts and drive change management activities.Qualifications10+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis on guest-facing applications.7+ years of leadership experience with direct reports and cross-functional collaboration.Proven track record of delivering large and complex products in an agile environment.Experience with digital technologies, media, e-commerce, payments, or subscription businesses.Strong core consulting skills and demonstrated delivery quality.Experience in developing and delivering executive-level presentations.Ability to drive results independently and thrive in collaborative environments.Demonstrated leadership with mentorship and clarity of purpose.Minimum BA/BS degree from an accredited university (advanced degree preferred).Must HavesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate.Communicate with honesty and kindness.Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness.Foster connection by putting people first.Integrate fun and joy into work.Additional NotesAuthorization to work in Canada is required for this role.Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy. The typical hiring range for this position is from $190,400 - $249,900 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary.
