POSITION SUMMARYLutz is seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our marketing team as a Graphic Designer. Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams across all of Lutz's divisions to understand design requirements and deliver impactful solutions.Conceptualization:
Generate innovative and creative concepts for various projects, bringing a fresh perspective to the Lutz brand.Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the design process.Adaptability:
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into your work.QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES REQUIREDEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fieldExperience:
2-5 years of professional experience preferredPortfolio:
A strong portfolio highlighting creative and diverse design workSoftware Skills:Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoshopMicrosoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Word (Power BI and Excel a plus)Photography and Video Editing experience preferredCommunication:
Ability to articulate design decisionsTeam Player:
