REQUIREMENTS10+ years of warehouse management experience.Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.Proficient computer skills.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Strong people skills.Willing to work extended hoursJOB DESCRIPTIONStrategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and visionOversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operationsSetup layout and ensure efficient space utilizationInitiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and proceduresMaintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and securityManage stock control and reconcile with data storage systemProduce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of company vehicles.Assisting with deliveries where required.
