Lead AHSI priority planning and execution. Coach teams to leverage data and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability. Ensure AHSI-level OKRs are aligned to strategic priorities. Review performance and execution progress, engaging stakeholders to achieve results.Financial planning and forecasting:

Lead budget planning, forecasting, and resource management in partnership with Finance and leadership. Design and develop budget and forecast plans across a complex portfolio. Collaborate with Finance to approve budgets and develop metrics for budgeting and forecasting.Business operations and continuous improvement:

Drive the rhythm of business (ROB) and ensure alignment with broader corporate strategies. Lead the ROB during planning and execution to ensure effective communication among stakeholders.Cross-team projects and program management:

Manage a portfolio of cross-team projects to meet changing business needs. Engage in project management to ensure organization-wide implementation of strategic efforts.QualificationsRequired/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles.6+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, or business-related roles or equivalent experience.Other Requirements:Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements. This includes passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Additional Preferred Qualifications3+ years of people management experience.Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 5+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field AND 8+ years of experience in the aforementioned fields.Experience with cross-organizational development spanning multiple structures.Experience in hardware or supply chain management.A high tolerance for ambiguity and change.Excellent design and problem-solving skills.Excellent communications skills.CompensationThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year.Microsoft will accept applications for the role until September 27, 2024.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
