PermanentKey Duties (including but not limited to):Support executive leadership in evaluating potential transactions.Lead profitability analyses using traditional reserving methods during due diligence appraisals of potential M&A targets, including start-to-finish analyses, socialization of results to management teams and various stakeholders, fulfilment of ad hoc requests & deep-dive analyses, and strategic decision-making.Support the portfolio level analysis and reporting process, including regular socialization of results across the various internal and external stakeholders.Create ad hoc reports, analyses, and data sets to identify and solve business problems, and/or to support strategic initiatives across the Company.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial, Economics, Statistics, or related field.15+ years of relevant experience.Fellow of Casualty Actuarial Society preferred (will consider career-Associate) or equivalent non-US qualification.Breadth of experience across specialty lines, commercial lines, captives, and/or reinsurance.Demonstrated aptitude with reserving, capital modeling, and risk analytics.
