About this role:

Wells Fargo Corporate Security is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Standards and Equipment Monitoring team.

As a Senior Business Execution Consultant, you will drive strategic programs and process improvement initiatives across the function. In your role, you will contribute towards defining the strategy, developing execution roadmaps and governance to help Corporate Security execute on our top strategic priorities.

The mission of Corporate Security is to provide a safe and secure environment for all employees, customers, and physical assets. The Standards and Equipment Monitoring team is responsible for:

The day-to-day management and operational cadence of the Corporate Security team

Ownership of Corporate Security's standards and programs

Managing the security equipment installation

Security assessments and remediations

In this role, you will:

Lead functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives

Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

Collaborate and consult with members of the Standards and Equipment Monitoring team

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience leading large scale transformational projects

Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organizational

Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Strategic, "outside the box" thinking and the ability to quickly and effectively ramp up on unfamiliar topics

Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

Base Compensation Range:

$84,000 - $149,400 USD Annual

Eligible for discretionary annual bonus.
