Job Title:
IT Service Desk TechnicianLocation: Onsite 2-3 days a week in Scranton, PA (with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week)Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, plus generous bonus, and benefits packageAbout Us:Join a vibrant and forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering exceptional IT support. Your expertise will be key in tackling advanced technical challenges, from PC troubleshooting to network and server issues.Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with our helpdesk team to prioritize, manage, and resolve incoming support tickets and calls, ensuring an optimal helpdesk experience for our clients.Document and Improve: Maintain comprehensive documentation to streamline operations and enhance problem-solving processes.Mentor and Inspire: Guide and support junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow professionally.What We're Looking For:Experience: At least 6 months of professional helpdesk experience.
