Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, merchandising, or related field15+ years of progressive global experience in buying and merchandising planning; footwear experience preferred12+ years proven leadership and people management skillsProven ability to successfully work in a highly cross-functional matrix environment and influence key stakeholdersAdaptability to navigate ambiguity and change while driving resultsStrong organizational, time management and analytical skillsAbility to successfully communicate cross-culturallyExceptional oral and written communicationProficiency with Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google docsDomestic and international travel as requiredCompany Commitment:The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. $290,000 - $300,000Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program and benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
