We invite you to join the small business team where you can build, innovate, and secure your career.Sentar is seeking a Business Development/Capture Manager in Columbia, MD!Role Description:Analyze, research, and strategize across customers and markets to generate a market entry, customer capture planIdentify and qualify opportunities to pursueDevelop bid strategies, pricing targets, team composition, win themes, competitive landscape, and proposal strategies for specific opportunitiesSupport the generation and submission of proposals, including proposal writing and developing BOEsCustomer and business partner relationship establishment, development and maintenanceQualifications:Clearance: TS/SCI with active PolyEducation: Bachelors degree or significant experienceExperience: 10+ years of relevant experience with government contractingQualities:Strong understanding of the (industry) market and trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits at Sentar:In addition to a great culture, Sentar offers a comprehensive benefits package to support employees and their families!
