This is an optional hybrid role; the candidate must be able to work in-person at our Miami facility (Zip: 33186) at a routine frequency. Bi-Lingual Spanish & English is strongly preferred.Responsible for project plan development and execution across different project types ranging from new customer onboarding, internal process improvement, and new-to-world service offerings. The Project Manager is a key part of understanding and implementing solutions to solve customer’s business problems.Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Determine and define project scope and objectives for internal and customer facing projects.Perform risk analysis and stakeholder management.Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.Track project costs, critical milestones, and KPIs in order to meet budget/schedule delivery.Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.Manage vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed, including change control.Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.Participate in onboarding meetings to understand customer requirements and provide confirmation and/or best practice solutions as required.Research using multiple data resources to understand, define, and communicate findings and/or action steps to resolve or support requested information or questions.May be asked to perform other duties or activities not defined in this job description as required or assigned from management.Manage and coordinate all aspects of customer implementation projects or strategic projects.Consistent communication with customers regarding expectations, clear understanding of the project SOW and deliverables.Monitor progress, resolve problems, troubleshoot, and ensure action items and deliverables are met.Coordinate project staff and scheduling to ensure that projects are planned forward, do not conflict with each other, and that project tasks are completed within the project schedules.Present findings/reports to peers and customers professionally and competently.Required Qualifications (Education & Experience):

College Degree; minimum Bachelors in Business or related field.Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.The ability to work and interact effectively in a team environment.Ability to react quickly, adjust, adapt, and redirect activities in a dynamic environment.Project organization, time management, task planning.Agile PO/SM or CAPM/PMP certification highly desired.Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices; exposure to Agile Project tools such as Jira or Asana preferred.Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.Peak Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer who fully and actively supports equal access for all people regardless of Race, Color, Religion, Gender, Age, National Origin, Veteran Status, Disability, Genetic Information or Testing, Family and Medical Leave, Sexual Orientation, and Gender Identity or Expression.
