The B2C Channels EU department is dedicated to driving consumer engagement and revenue growth across the European market through direct-to-consumer platforms. Our team focuses on developing and executing innovative strategies that enhance customer experiences, optimize sales funnels, and strengthen brand loyalty.

Your Responsibilities

Full ownership of our company's business in Spain both in terms of top-line generation and operational day-to-day management of the platform.Leading marketing and sales efforts to scale our platform in Spain, including the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and establishment of new marketing partnerships.Driving the localization of the Spanish platform in close alignment with all key departments (IT, product management, legal, and customer service).Ownership of local PR activities of Raisin in Spain.Organizing and participating in high-profile industry events and building a relevant network in Spain.Research, onboarding, and ongoing management of new partnerships and channels in Spain, including fintechs, large IFAs, and incumbent banks.Support on acquisition and onboarding of new Spanish distribution partners.Support the acquisition of new bank partners with the business development team.Managing the Spanish market team.Potentially launch further markets, e.g. Portugal.

Your Profile

University degree in business, economics or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on finance.Minimum 3 years work experience in consulting, finance (e.g. banks or service providers), or the startup industry.Knowledge of the Spanish retail market, with a focus on financial services highly beneficial.Experience in b2b sales or business development functions is an advantage.Experience in areas of digital banking or deposit products is highly beneficial.Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work and communicate in a fast-paced international environment.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Winning personality with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.Native Spanish skills, fluency in English. Portuguese is a plus. Other European languages are a plus.
