Assist in generating timely and creative design solutions within the parameters of a project provided by a Project Architect or Project Manager for Corgan Associates, Inc. Duties include:Assist in preparing construction documentation.Design concepts and information into images using freehand sketching and computer software.Incorporate established schematic design, material selection, code required clearances and production time constraints into detailing solutions.Determine functional or spatial requirements of structures.Gather information regarding design, structure specifications, and materials to document detailing solutions.Participate in consultant and construction meetings.Assist project leaders with contract administration tasks.Rate of Pay:
$71,400 - $92,800 per yearJob Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture or a related field and 2 years’ experience as an Architect or a related occupation.Special Requirements:
Position requires experience or education in each of the following skills: Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit; Rhinoceros, Sketchup, Enscape, and Lumion; and Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.Contact:
