Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsDevelop and implement warehouse procedures to optimize efficiency and productivityCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveryMonitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortagesCollaborate with other departments to meet customer demands and resolve any issues promptlyUtilize budgeting skills to control costs and maximize profitabilityImplement lean principles to streamline processes and reduce wasteUtilize AS400 or similar systems for inventory tracking and managementOversee transportation planning to ensure timely delivery of goodsMaintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulationsExperience:
