The role has two major functions within the P&C office. The first being a support role for the Assistant Director of P&C, Learning and Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. The second job function is to elevate the employee experience by interactively engaging with employees, creating an environment that celebrates all employees and a culture that recognizes our employees' contributions.What you will do:P&C SupportExhibit a professional, approachable demeanor at all times as they are the first point of contact for employees and applicants in the P&C office.Responsible for full cycle administrative hiring process as well as assisting the onboarding process and employment verification, ensuring compliance with every new hire.Support the team through many facets of People and Culture, including but not limited to: HR systems administration and records management (Workday), recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee events, compliance and various reporting and administrative duties.Contribute to the recruitment efforts by attending various job fairs to promote the positive work culture at Four Seasons.Employee ExperienceCommunicationsAssist in executing the employee recognition strategy.Creating and deploying an employee communications plan that ensures a steady and timely flow of information through various sources like bulletin boards, internal monitors, email and Engage.Monthly birthday and anniversary emails, flyers and cards highlighting milestone announcements.Employee Housing Point PersonElevate the pre-arrival experience for all employees.Plan and execute a seamless new hire arrival process, onboarding, offboarding and transfer process to include pre-arrival communication, and housing coordination.Track occupancy by type of employees and type of housing. Update monthly to maintain accurate employee records and assist with reporting to include housing rent payments and deposit refunds.Conduct stay interviews and gather data to continuously enhance the employee experience.Join various Department Meetings to get feedback from employees on employee experience including employee survey feedback meetings.Plan and execute a seamless transfer and exit process for individuals leaving the property to include gathering exit feedback to improve future employee experience.Event PlanningPlan and execute regular employee events and gatherings that are diverse, inclusive and meaningful. With special programming for staff living in housing.What you bring:1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within People & Culture / Human Resources.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, Forms, Engage and have working knowledge of HRIS or similar systems.Exceptional organization and detail-oriented, with an unmatched ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.Ability to work independently, take initiative and use good judgment.Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.Possess a high level of emotional intelligence coupled with excellent communication.Experience working in a hotel and/or hospitality experience preferred.Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States.
