This position leads a team tasked with building a strategic plan that achieves our sales, traffic and profit goals. You will lead a team focused on working with partners across marketing, operations and other functions to build a daily, monthly and yearly forecast that is shared on a weekly basis with senior leaders across RBI.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team focused on understanding business drivers, working with partners to optimize these and accurately reflect them into a calendar plan to drive sales and profit.Regularly present insights and strategy to senior leadership (weekly cadence).Own the annual 1, 3 and 5 yr strategic planning process.Creation and optimization of analytics tools and regular reporting of insights derived from them to internal and external audiences, including senior leadership.Identify long-term opportunities based on research, analysis and a strategic view of the direction of the market to create a compelling guest experience that further differentiates Popeyes from others in the market.Required Skills5+ years experience working in a finance, analytics or consulting function.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (technology, design, analytics, business) to drive results, and developing and executing against national launch plans.Data-driven mindset with a passion for understanding customers and results.Start-up mentality, eager to move quickly and work with a lean team.Highly curious, always looking to learn and stay ahead of trends.Technical knowledge to bridge the gap between business side and Engineering/IT side a plus.Experience in QSR or retail a plus.Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
