We wholeheartedly subscribe to the philosophies of the “ship rises together” and “collaboration over competition.” At BSG, everyone has a true passion for pop culture and a desire to create game-changing marketing programs for our clients.For the role of Showroom Coordinator, Public Relations, BSG is seeking a hardworking and driven candidate with a desire to pursue a career in PR/communications and strong organizational skills to support a growing public relations team with clients across the lifestyle, food + beverage, and beauty categories. The right person will have PR/comms internship experience, with this role being open to entry-level applicants.Responsibilities include:

Managing showroom inventory end to end – accepting deliveries of client product, maintaining inventory, managing press and influencer sendouts, organizing/ordering packaging materials, storing client product according to procedure, executing creative mailers alongside account teams.Assisting account teams with PR admin tasks such as reporting, press clipping, research, competitive analysis, media monitoring list building, etc.Assisting with editorial relationship maintenance and gifting/seeding programs.Supporting client events – check-in, production, set up, etc.Senior leadership assistance – scheduling, admin, etc.Assisting account teams with creative ideation and strategy brainstorms.Media list management.Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/PR, Journalism, or related Media and social savvy with a strong interest in media and social media industry.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong Microsoft Office suite and industry software (Cision, Meltwater) skills.Extremely detail-oriented with very strong organizational and time management skills.Willingness to “roll up sleeves” and execute programs from start to finish.Salary will be commensurate with experience. This role requires Monday - Thursday in-person attendance at our office in Los Angeles, CA.Apply Here
