FULL DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
The Selected Candidate Will Be Responsible For:Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirementsManage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboardingOversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance managementAdminister employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time offCoordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledgeProvide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issuesEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all times including OSHA logs and investigationsAssist with Payroll Processing (Paychex)Attend claim callsRecruit ads and networkingInterview potential hiring candidatesHarassment TrainingOnboarding60-day training program & review
Salary Range:
$30-33/hr
