Sullivan's Foods is hiring for a Bakery Department Manager to join our team!As the Bakery Department Manager, you will:Lead a remarkable team of customer service champions - you'll be responsible for coaching, training, developing, and influencing your team to achieve department and store goals.Provide remarkable customer service to each and every guest - whether they visit our store or call us for a special order or with questions.Build exciting merchandising displays that help us sell more products to our guests and reach our gross profit goals.Evaluate product for quality and freshness to ensure that the product we have available to our guests is only the highest quality.Order product and ensure proper inventory levels.Assist department team members with their job duties to include preparing product, maintaining a clean and safe work setting, stocking product, organizing the cooler and freezer, breaking down cardboard and taking out the trash.The Bakery Department Manager position in our store is a fun and rewarding position that comes with a great deal of responsibility.
