The Associate Director of Financial Aid for Innovation, Compliance and Systems supports academic program innovations by ensuring Title IV compliance and effectively utilizing technology systems which result in excellent delivery of services to students. Reporting to the Director of Financial Aid, this position will oversee technology systems for financial aid including EdConnect, COD and CPS as well as Banner (ERP) financial aid systems. Working directly with the Director of Financial Aid, the Associate Director of Financial Aid for Innovation, Compliance and Systems will be responsible for streamlining and improving financial aid operations while strengthening Title IV compliance and internal controls. This position will have frequent interactions and collaborations with other UNE departments like Registrar, IT and College of Professional Studies (online).
