In this role the Store Manager is responsible for the growth and development of their team, driving revenue, and building out efficiencies. The Store Manager represents Curaleaf as a brand ambassador by providing top notch customer service and educating guests on our products.In this role your responsibilities will include inventory management, team building and training, along with delegating and leading effectively. You will be responsible for sharing contextual feedback with District Manager, Regional VP, and Cross-functional Partners. As the Store Manager this role will require P&L oversight to proactively and strategically seek ways to drive incremental revenue and increase efficiency.Essential functions:Drive retail sales and patient retentionMaintain all store operational standardsOversee inventory standards are maintained on site.Ensure cash receipts are reconciledOperate POS and corresponding systemsEnsure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state lawsMaintain a safe, clean environment for patients and employeesOpen/Close storeDirectly supervise all activity within the facilityAssist patients with their questions, problems, and complaintsHandle all patient related issues in accordance with company policyPromote a positive experience for all patientsDirect and oversee all patient interactions and provide clinical counselingCoordinate with practitioners to facilitate positive patient outcomesManage dispensary employees:Lead the team and work effectively with dispensary employeesSchedule, supervise, assign and direct activities of employeesCommunicate information to employees in an open and timely mannerCoach and execute counseling discussions with store employeesConduct performance appraisals for all directly assigned personnel and monitor and manage to expectationsEnsure on-the-job safety of all employees and treatment for employee injuries sustained on the jobPatient and Physician Outreach:Organize and lead guest tours, and maintain relationships with physicians, patients, politicians and professionals in the community that we serve.Provide ongoing education and outreach programs relating to medical cannabis for the benefit of member patients.Coordinate on the success of promotions, coupon and recommend future promotions and sales.Measure customer satisfaction through surveys and interviews.Responsible for the preparation of content for all educational materials and presentations.Cannabis knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of cannabis forms, dosing, drug interactions, and side effects.Understand the efficacy of variance strains, potencies, and methods of deliveryQualifications:Certified Registered Connecticut State PharmacistExperience working in a heavily regulated industry necessaryStrong leadership skills, ability to build and manage teamsWilling to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulationWhat We Offer:Competitive PayHealthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Health Savings Account (HSA)Life/AD&D InsuranceShort- and Long-Term DisabilityCommunity Involvement Through our Rooted in Good InitiativeEmployee Resource GroupsEmployee Referral Payment ProgramPaid Time Off (PTO)Employee Assistance ProgramEmployee Product DiscountsCuraleaf is an equal opportunity employer.
