Summary:The Global Process Owner (GPO) - Logistics & Warehouse Management (LWM) is a leadership role within the Global Logistics organization responsible for the overall strategy, design, policies, transformation, and standardization of business processes and related systems solutions for Logistics including Transportation Management and Warehouse Management in Distribution Centers and Production Plants.GPO-LWM drives the promotion of best practices and the implementation of new systems capabilities as part of Hollister's Fit For Growth (FFG) SAP S/4 Transformation program and will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure business requirements are met. The GPO-LWM will collaborate with GPOs for other Supply Chain, Finance, and IT workstreams and with the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure that project milestones are achieved on-time and that key process changes are communicated using consistent and effective change management practices.Hollister operates in a hybrid work environment. This position can be based in Mt. Juliet, TN or Libertyville IL.

Responsibilities:Process Oversight and AlignmentOwn end-to-end global processes across functional silos, geographic and business unit boundariesDevelop and leverage existing KPIs to monitor and enhance day-to-day operational process performanceKeep updated on industry best practices and identify opportunities for process improvementsCoordinate continuous process improvements, factoring in risks and challengesDetermine how to record and fulfill business requirements and ensure processes deliver on goalsPeople Leadership:Collaborate extensively across departments and regions to ensure seamless and efficient process executionStrategically and tactically lead workstream team; clearing obstacles and supporting decision makingEnlist support of subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed to support program objectivesUtilize effective Change Management practices to ensure team members embrace proposed changeStakeholder Management:Align process goals with the overall business strategyAct as a bridge between the executive sponsors and teamFacilitate effective communication and address any concerns or resistance that may ariseEscalate issues and misalignments to leadership team and sponsorDeliver regular project updates to ensure milestones are communicated and achievedTransformation and Change:Drive process transformation and standardizationPartner with external consultants regarding process and system designsOwn Go-Live readiness for assigned process(es), ensuring alignment across stakeholdersEssential Functions of the Role:Cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organizationStay current with leading practices and share thought leadership in Logistics, Transportation Management, and Warehouse ManagementUtilize Continuous Improvement Processes and Tools, including Process MappingExcellent written and verbal skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsComfortable speaking to and leading larger groups in workshop/training settingsStrong change management skillsAbility to travel internationally, build relations and collaborate across culturesRequirements:Number of Overall Years Necessary: 8-12BS/BA in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or Business (required)MS/MBA preferred5+ years of Logistics experience required, including hands-on ERP system usage experience (S/4 HANA preferred)3+ years Systems Implementation experience required1+ years supervisory experience preferredHealthcare/Medical Device experience preferredOther preferred experience with systems: SAP eWM, Oracle OTM TMS, ShipERPSpecialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:Influencing without AuthorityCollaborating with global colleaguesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteERP system knowledge required; SAP S4 HANA knowledge preferredExperience with agile methodologies and project management practicesEnglish proficiency is requiredAbout Hollister IncorporatedHollister Incorporated is an independent, employee-owned company that develops, manufactures and markets healthcare products worldwide.
