Construction Quality Control Manager

Su-Mo Builders, Inc. is a fast-paced General Contractor looking for Quality Control Managers.

Requirements for QCM:

Graduate of a Four (4) Year accredited College or University in one or more of the following disciplines:

Engineering

Architecture

Construction Management

Engineering Technology

Building Construction

Building Science

Minimum of Five (5) years of construction experience

Knowledge in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities:

Ensure quality standards are met in all construction projects

Conduct inspections and oversee compliance with safety regulations

Collaborate with project managers and team members to resolve quality issues

Maintain documentation of quality control processes and findings
