Pump Shop Manager

located in

Carlsbad, NM . This position will manage facility operations for production, field service, quality, and shipping and receiving. Will maintain on-going communications with Regional Operations Managers and Sales team to better understand customer's needs and to improve the quality of our services. This is your opportunity to join a growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits.What's in it For You:The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth.The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best.Thrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture, and empowers through continuous improvement.Comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching and more!What You Will Do:Manage Service Technicians ensuring safety, quality, and efficient operations.Schedule Service Technicians and control field-related costs, auditing field reports (time, mileage, and quality); prepare work schedules and assign work to maintain and manage technician productivity.Develop and/or review quotes and repair plans based on length of repair and parts and labor availability; communicate quotes, repair plans, status reports, and invoices to customers; develop claims as required as part of the quoting procedure.Attend sales meetings with customers and customer failure meetings.Manage Service vehicle inventory. Allocate available inventory in a manner that maximizes the satisfied customer base while minimizing the probability of stock-out conditions.Create and analyze product failure analysis reports.Develop strong relationships with key customers through frequent and professional communication.Know and enforce compliance with all safety policies and procedures.Drive and contribute to the department's continuous improvement culture.Coach and mentor one or two levels of direct reports; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.Maintain confidentiality of all matters.Other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.Valid driver's license in state of residence required.Three or more years of relevant experience.
