Job DescriptionThe Government Customer Success Director will define, build and scale the Customer Success strategy and transformation for US Federal Govt over a multi-year horizon, focusing on VA and DoD.Your role:Develop and deploy a 3-year plan to stand up a Customer Success team focused on US Govt customers - $280M annual business.Lead and manage team of Customer Success Managers focused on US Govt customers, being responsible for their performance and development. Act as lead point person for internal engagements across business units on customer success blueprint and requirements. Drive domain-expertise, repeatability, scalability, and seamless implementation of solutions.Optimize customer relationships – Create integrated pods to drive domain-expertise; execute segmentation strategy and utilize industry knowledge to identify complex customer issues, broaden customer relationships and trust.Influence tooling and process requirements (ex. - customer success tooling and process) to drive frictionless workflow enabling an excellent customer and employee experience.You're the right fit if:You're a proven healthcare business savvy leader with 10+ years of experience, demonstrating record of program management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology.You have acquired 5+ years of experience with US Govt customers, contracting rules and ways of working is required. Strong understanding of government-related business challenges, opportunities and trends related to technology management.Bachelors in related field required, Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of academic and relevant work experience).Project Management (PgMP or PMP) and Customer Success Certification or equivalent is highly preferred.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
