Contract Administrator

About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible Contract Administrator to join our team. Your main duties will be to prepare, negotiate and review various company contracts, including purchases, sales and business partnerships.A successful Contract Administrator will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks for our company. You should also analyze contracts with an eye toward reducing costs and increasing profits, while ensuring compliance with the law. Our ideal candidate has previous experience managing contracts and is familiar with legal requirements and terms of use.Ultimately, you should ensure all our contracts conform to legislative requirements and meet our company goals.This position is full time, on-site at headquarters location in Santa Clara. No relocation benefits will be offered for this position. Only local candidates will be considered.What You’ll DoPrepare and review sales and purchase and other contracts and agreementsNegotiate contract terms with internal and external business partnersReview and update existing contractsExplain terms and conditions to managers and interested partiesEnsure that employees understand and comply with company contractsAnalyze potential risks involved with specific contract termsStay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as neededEnsure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shippings)Maintain organized system of physical and digital recordsCreate language standards for existing and new contractsRequirements:Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager or relevant roleExperience as a Paralegal is a plus2-4 years of increasingly responsibilities and experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contractsKnowledge of legal requirements involved with contractsExcellent writing skillsKeen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errorsStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partnersMinimum Education and Experience Required:BS degree in Business Administration; additional qualifications in law are a plusWhat We OfferHealth, Dental, and Vision care for you and your family401K savings plan with employer matchingGenerous PTO leave and paid holidaysCasual work cultureTeam bonding activities, catered lunches, and free snacks in officeWho is Anatomage?Founded in 2004, Anatomage is a world-leading health care technology company.
