Intelligence Management Specialist

capable of supporting a staff of intelligence professionals by executing a broad range of administrative, management, and oversight activities that enable unit success. This position reviews, tracks, and maintains accountability for reports, assessments, and other deliverables produced by a diverse staff of analysts, engineers, and scientific experts. This position tracks and manages both internal and external requests for support and production and conceives, designs, and helps implement proposals that will improve work processes, programs, and operations. The Intelligence Management Specialist routinely coordinates and supervises official responses to senior leader engagements and briefings and ensures all relevant support metrics are archived and replicable. The position also interfaces with other staff support elements within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise to ensure internal processes and functions are appropriately enabled. The Intelligence Management Specialist provides guidance to less experienced staff, reviews the work of others, and provides guidance and direction to staff. The position is expected to understand and articulate official government analytic positions during customer engagements and represent Defense Intelligence Enterprise analytic units as directed.This position is contingent upon contract award with an anticipated start date in November 2024.Required Qualifications:BS or BA degree and tangible intelligence analysis experience5+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, including employing multi-INT databases to develop analytic assessments and briefingsWorking familiarity with established Intelligence Community directives, standards, and tradecraft documentsDemonstrated ability to work effectively within or lead a team of peers, as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skillsAbility to communicate complex analyses at a level comprehensible to diverse military audiences and senior-level government representativesAbility to clearly express in writing technical analysis results and program characterizationsDemonstrated knowledge of state nuclear, biological, and/or chemical (NBC) programs, strategic weapons developments, and WMD-related proliferation and procurementExperience with intelligence production and/or collection managementExperience providing advice and guidance on variety of issues and elements for matters essential to an organization's missionProficiency guiding the resolution of complex problems or issues associated with an all-source intelligence production elementWord, Excel and PowerPoint proficiencyActive TS clearance with SCI eligibilityDesired Qualifications:Advanced degree and/or technical training applicable to the WMD problem setMilitary or defense-related experience and working familiarity with strategies, policies, and plans that enable defense against CBRN threats and prevent the proliferation of WMDExperience integrating intelligence and information that informs and enables CWMD exercise planning and executionUnderstanding of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, DIA, and Service intelligence production centersExperience effectively devising, utilizing, and communicating methodological approaches to complex problem setsFamiliarity working with counterproliferation-related and S&T analytic centers within the DOD, IC and/or InteragencyPlease apply at
