As a Fueling Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising, directing, training, and assisting fueling personnel. You ensure safe on-time fueling operations, customer coordination, and interface, reinforcing all applicable regulations, policies, and safety practices.The expected pay rate is $28-$30/hr. Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel productsSupervise fueling staffMaintain the daily fueling operationsCoordinate the activity with lead fueler and fuelers in performing into-plane and ground equipment fueling servicesDisseminate instructions to fueling personnel and monitor their activitiesMake spot assignment changes to optimize manpower and equipment utilization in an ever-changing workflowEnsure compliance with company, airline, FAA, MWAA, and OSHA procedures, rules, and regulationsAssist in the training process of all newly hired and promoted fuelers, leads, dispatchers, and supervisorsAccount for fuel dispersals and receiptsInterface with airline shift management personnel to implement expansion as operational requirements dictateWork with airport operations personnel to ensure all safety and security guidelines are adhered to and participate in airline auditsPerform operative gauge procedures as necessaryImplement monthly communication, safety, and staff meetingsComplete accident/incident investigations and all associated paperwork as necessaryPerform other duties as directed by immediate supervisor or listed in GPPM SupplementImplement daily tailgate meetingsYour Profile
Valid driver’s licenseHigh School Diploma or equivalent1 - 3 years experience in fueling operationsExperience in a supervisory roleWhat We Offer
