Your role will comprehensively manage new product development efforts, as well as lead market launches with key growers. Help shape and prioritize Suterra’s global Product Development roadmap by delivering market analyses and developing business cases, driven by grower needs and emerging trends.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product development projects on time and on budget.Develop Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches and existing product and service enhancements.Build relationships with decision-makers at key growers and drive adoption, acting as the primary interface.Collaborate with the Commercial facing teams to transition from launches to scale-up of larger market sales processes.Qualifications
Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.Excellent relationship-building skills, especially with growers, backed up by solid written and oral communication skills.Proficiency in complex project management, and the ability to integrate technical problem-solving into a plan for executing in the field.Proven track record of driving multi-tasked measurable business outcomes to success, on time, in a team setting.Business-first mentality and a bias for action.Autonomy to perform at a high level with limited supervision, and interact with executives and individual contributors simultaneously.Ability to work and interact globally across different time zones, languages, and cultures.Ability to travel up to 40% when necessary.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in agriculture-related field, engineering, or similar scientific disciplines.5+ years experience in agriculture or related fields, manufacturing, or other industries where physical product development plays a critical role.Working knowledge of commercial agriculture, grower operations, and the associated inputs required for success.Pay Range: $110,000-150,000 and may include the opportunity for a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent on skills and experience.Additional Information
