There is enormous growth potential for subsequent years as this is a job where efforts compound over time. 401k and PTO included in the offer.Responsibilities
Build and run cadence for team meetings, including structuring and helping to deliver company-wide communication.Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility.Proactively protects the CEO’s time to ensure her calendar is aligned with the priorities of the organization.Is a skilled Manager and provides actionable recommendations for improvement when goals are not being achieved to determine why objectives are not being met.Responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports.Qualifications
