Under the direction of the Project Administrator, this position will support the daily equipment and system needs.The Field Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the field evaluation of backflow preventers as part of the USC Foundation's Approval Program for Backflow Preventers.Responsibilities:Administration of field-testing assemblies at various locations, including supervision of students and other workers in the field.Scheduling field testing to meet the timeline requirements for the Approval Program.Coordinating with industry manufacturers to install field assemblies being evaluated.Liaising with property owners at field test sites.Assisting in teaching USC Foundation Training courses and proctoring exams in Los Angeles and out-of-town locations.Diversity, equity, and inclusion are central to the mission of the USC Viterbi School of Engineering. Viterbi staff are expected to facilitate a culture of support and service, model civility and respectful engagement, maintain the highest ethical standards, and uphold strict confidentiality across all facets of their work.Additional Information:This is an onsite position at USC's University Park Campus located in Los Angeles, California. This position is not eligible for remote work.The hourly rate range for this position is $31.44 - $36.34.
