Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the Alexa Shopping Science team, aligning with business objectives and technical requirements.Be the Single Point of Contact between Alexa Shopping Science, AGI, and delivery teams.Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Collaborate closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful program execution.Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; escalate issues and drive resolution as needed.Develop detailed project plans, track progress against milestones, and provide regular status updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.Facilitate decision-making processes, driving alignment and consensus across various teams and stakeholders.Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance program delivery efficiency and quality.Minimum Requirements
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.5+ years of technical product or program management experience.3+ years of software development experience.5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
