Senior Vice President, Change Management Manager

to join our EMEA Regulatory Change and Support team. This role is located in Manchester - hybrid.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Plan, organise, lead, and control all aspects of the project, end-to-end. This includes change management on system development and testing.Actively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.Ensure all project governance is followed and documentation is in place.Work with and provide direction to your business analysts & project resources.Execute on business analysis activities.Escalate early and plan mitigation when faced with obstacles.Provide heavy input to business requirements alongside business analysts.Manage vendor and client relationships. Responsible for some third-party governance.Coordinate resources across organizational boundaries.Provide and present project status in various meetings, including working, steering groups, and other regulatory forums.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.Work experience in Project Management is necessary, more than 10 years is a bonus.Regulatory change experience, an accounting background and experience in data IT projects are bonuses.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.BNY is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer - Underrepresented racial and ethnic groups/Females/Individuals with Disabilities/Protected Veterans.
