Please speak to the Talent Acquisition team to find out more information.What does an Interactive Producer do at Hogarth?The Interactive Producer collaborates with the Hogarth Project Manager and studio teams to oversee projects until their final execution, ensuring they are delivered on time. This role requires excellent communication skills to keep all project members and stakeholders informed and updated. The Associate Producer works with CXF Producers and agency partners to provide production and localization support for launching product campaigns for NPIs (New Product Introductions) and seasonal/sustain initiatives for the Channel.The job involves managing daily projects such as LOB (Line of Business) localization, Channel on the device, and Channel HTML work while acting as the primary contact for Hogarth PMs. The Associate Producer is responsible for delivering local-specific content in multiple languages and completing simultaneous product launches on tight schedules.Key ResponsibilitiesManage localization of all Channel marketing materials with guidance from CXF.Support localization strategy and flawless execution of WW campaigns into Channel environments.Lead planning for new projects: liaising with the CXF and Hogarth PM.Scope the projects, brief the Hogarth PMs, review and approve the work, and oversee projects until their final execution, ensuring that they are delivered on time.Act as a brand QC/Guardian – always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists, and procedures are followed.Attend Channel check-ins and other Canada Channel internal meetings as required.Communicate to WW on handoff errors/issues/delays/Planet updates.Manage WW updates, such as product features, legal lines, etc.Download, validate, and prepare Partner Assets for handoff.Regularly informing CXF and local stakeholders on project status.Build strong client relationships that enable a clear understanding of the client’s Channel partner structure and print vendors. Be the ‘go-to’ person for Channel Marketing asset localization and production.Build strong relationships with the agency teams (Traffic, Content, Interactive, Studio, Print Production).Immerse yourself in the client’s brand and offering.Set and manage client expectations ensuring they follow the agreed workflows and collaborate to find swift resolutions to any issues.Ensure that the line manager is aware of all client issues and proposed solutions (including potential delays) to ensure swift resolution and avoid further escalation.RequirementsExcellent interpersonal skills, able to develop productive relationships across functions.Able to work autonomously.Knowledgeable of HTML and website components/process.Also able to work collaboratively within a wider team.Degree or diploma and demonstrable agency experience gained working on global retail accounts, from creative development to final production.Good knowledge of print, color retouching, and digital artwork production processes and best practices.Excellent spreadsheet skills in both Excel and Numbers.Demonstrable experience in managing complex spreadsheets.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English.Attention to detail, analytical thinking ability, and passion for the work are essential.A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems.The ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently within very tight time frames.Must be able to travel as required, sometimes several weeks at a time.Diversity & InclusionHogarth is an equal-opportunity employer.
