Assist in the drafting and negotiation of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.Provide legal advice on real estate matters such as zoning, land use, and property development.Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, including title reviews and contract analysis.Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage client relationships and address legal issues related to real estate and corporate transactions.Prepare and review legal documents, correspondence, and reports.Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other legal proceedings as needed.Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.Participate in internal and client meetings, providing legal insights and recommendations.Requirements

1-3 years of meaningful experience in real estate, partnerships, corporations, tax, or regulatory matters.Excellent academic credentials with a strong record of performance.Member in good standing of the Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, or DC Bar.Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications

Licensed to practice law in the Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, or DC Bar.Skills
