EntryJob Responsibilities:Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shopsFit guests with equipment - we'll train you!Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return optionsWork together with teammates to maintain safety standardsMay include other duties such as cashiering, retail salesOther duties as assignedJob Requirements:Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays, and weekendsCommitment to exceptional Customer ServiceMaintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industryAbility to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periodsMust be able to communicate fluently in EnglishA Rental Associate team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:Mountain ActivitiesRetail Rental operationsFood and Beverage SupportTicket sales or scanningLift OperationsBase Area OperationsThe expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.00.
