We are dedicated to creating a culture of excellence and inclusivity, preparing students for a bright future.Position Summary:The School Culture and Student Success Coordinator (SCSC) at GGA is a professional educator or counselor who understands the diverse and changing needs of our female student population. Reporting to the Principal and working closely with coordinators, managers, and other leadership team members, the SCSC cultivates a climate of positivity, cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and belonging that empowers and propels our girls' global competence. Provide leadership for strategically establishing and maintaining a positive, thriving school culture.Implement restorative practices and positive behavior interventions.Supervise attendance team, discipline, and teacher support.

Programmatic Support:

Develop professional development for schoolwide PBIS.Lead and manage enrichment programs and community engagement initiatives.Lead, manage and supervise multi-tier support systems teams including College and Career Readiness counselors, Advisory Program team, and school social worker.

Community Engagement:

Promote GGA’s culture vision to stakeholders.Build, maintain and foster relationships and support social-emotional development for staff and students.Promote common language for all sisterhood, scholarship, service, and safety initiatives.

Operational Support:

Lead school-wide celebrations and wellness activities.Use data to improve outcomes and manage logistics of events, providing support as needed.Manage extracurricular activities during and/or after school.
