parental leave, tuition reimbursement, remote workThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.What You'll Do:As an Associate Principal on OCC's Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, you will apply your excellent

organization, problem-solving, influence and communication skills to help enable change management execution across the organization. This role will be responsible for capturing best practices and implementing change management activities, while ensuring overall project timelines are met. This leader will partner with senior OCM leadership to create a framework to define and track OCM benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.Responsible for applying structured methodology and leading change management activitiesDefine and measure success metrics and monitor change progressComplete change management assessments and identifying resistance points.Partner with Project/Program managers to document current state, future state and gap analysis which would determine impacts to people.Customize and implement OCM deliverables: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management planCoach managers and supervisors on how to leverage OCM tools and resourcesOversee integration of change management activities into project plansPerform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director, Organizational Development and Change ManagementSupervisory Responsibilities:NoneQualifications:The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the primary functions.Experience and knowledge of organizational assessment and change management principles, methodologies and toolsExcellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organizationExperience with large-scale organizational change effortsExperience working on cross-functional initiatives with exposure to digital transformation, business transformation, and integration projects a plusStrong analytical skills, process and detail orientationProven ability to contribute consistently and positively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly regulated environmentAbility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.Familiarity with Agile development methods and practicesTechnical Skills:Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Experience with Jira, Confluence, Tableau preferredEducation and/or Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Change Management, business or equivalent experience[Preferred] 7+ years of relevant change management experienceCertificates or Licenses:None requiredWho We AreThe Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization.
