Business Development Representative
to join our team and help us further expand our market presence.The Business Development Representative will be the driving force in identifying and securing new business opportunities, introducing Rainin solutions, and driving continuous growth through ongoing customer acquisition.This role is hands-on, requiring a high volume of activity, direct client engagement and a relentless drive to achieve results.Key Duties
New Account ProspectingIdentify and target new potential clients within the Life Sciences industryBuild and maintain a large pipeline of new business growth through proactive outbound prospectingEmploy a boots-on-the-ground approach to uncover new opportunities and drive client engagementRepresent the full breadth of Rainin solutions including liquid handling instrumentation, consumables, services and software applicationsSales Strategy and ExecutionManage and optimize account transition to Sales Territory representatives for ongoing account management needsWork closely with Sales Management to implement aggressive sales strategies aimed at capturing market share and meeting ambitious revenue goalsMonitor and report on sales metrics, adapting strategies dynamically to ensure new business targets are achievedWhat You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree preferably in a Life Sciences disciplineProven success in high-volume business development or sales roles in the Life Science industryProficiency in CRM software and sales analytics toolsComputer skills: SAP CRM, Excel, Remote Meeting Tools, Email toolsOur Offer to You
