Our extensive and versatile portfolio of 3D printing systems, material solutions, software, processes, and applications enable broad markets to transform traditional manufacturing processes and enable applications that were previously impossible through advanced manufacturing techniques.ABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) government contracts for various Department of Defense (DoD) agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of DoD contract requirements, and experience handling sensitive information.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Project Planning & Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.Ensure all project activities are executed according to contract specifications, DoD regulations, and CUI handling guidelines.Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion within budget and on schedule.

Contract Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of CUI government contracts, managing relationships with DoD agencies and other key stakeholders.Review and interpret contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.Prepare and submit contract deliverables, reports, and other documentation as required by the contract and DoD guidelines.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Implement and enforce security protocols for handling CUI, ensuring compliance with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidelines, and other relevant regulations.Identify potential risks and issues related to project execution and CUI handling, developing mitigation strategies to address them.Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with DoD requirements and internal policies.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and DoD stakeholders.Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, risk assessments, and meeting minutes.Ensure all documentation related to CUI is securely stored and managed according to DoD guidelines, compliance with DFARS/NIST 800-171 and CMMC 2.0.

Stakeholder Management:

Engage with DoD agencies and other external partners to understand their needs and expectations.Address stakeholder concerns and requirements promptly and effectively.Represent the organization at meetings, briefings, and other events related to the contract.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years working on DoD contracts or in a defense contracting environment. Proven experience handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and understanding of DoD NIST 800-171/DFARS regulations related to information security.Skills:

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Expert level user of MS Project and MS Excel for managing schedules and tracking contract expenses necessary for monthly reporting to DoD. In-depth understanding of DoD contract requirements, compliance standards, and CUI handling procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.Certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable. Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required depending on project requirements.Working Conditions:

Occasional travel may be required to meet with stakeholders, attend meetings, or oversee project activities.
