Director of Business Development Opportunity!Cumberland Hall Hospital is seeking a dynamic, high energy, performance driven Director of Business Development.

The Director of Business Development plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organizations growth strategies. Operating at the intersection of leadership and hands-on business development expertise, they will lead a team to deliver exceptional results and contribute significantly to the hospitals expansion.

Cumberland Hall Hospital is a 97 bed, licensed, acute psychiatric hospital located in beautiful Hopkinsville, KY. Cumberland Hall features individual units for youth, adults and active duty military, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average over 1500 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Cumberland Hall Hospital.

Qualifications:

Education:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred. Bachelor’s Degree required. Preference will be given to candidates with both marketing and behavioral health experience.

Experience:

Minimum of

eight (8) years

of experience in marketing/sales or a combination of marketing/sales and behavioral health.

Additional Requirements:

A strong knowledge of methods to increase referrals and trilliant data utilization are expected. Additional preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated ability to lead teams in driving business development.
