works closely with Sr. Ecommerce Manager of the brand. This position will be responsible for managing third-party vendors, overseeing ROI impact to the business, and success assessment.This is an on-site office position.Profile

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage business activities for the retail e-commerce businessOversee the daily management of US site with focus on driving E-Commerce salesCompile and analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s) to forecast needs, control inventory and ensure replenishment needs are met within the Tissot.com US storeAudit & manage online product inventory, images, and content dailyUpdate website via content management system to launch new products, and regular refresh of home page and category landing pagesOversee and manage daily interactions with customers relating to all aspects of their transactionsDevelop streamlined process for optimizing daily customer interactionsOversee and coordinate with the fulfillment and shipping team to ensure the flow of product to customers is efficiently accomplishedManage returned product and dispositionDaily checks of orders processing and fraud checksMaintain and optimize gateway and merchant accounts. Analyzing transactions and reconciling data with product inventoryManage and continue to develop the live chat channel, including the platform and Digital Chat AdvisorsTroubleshoot all technical issues to optimize customer experienceWork closely with RSM’s and retailer accounts to enhance Tissot’s presence on their sites. Act as point person with these retailers, providing them with necessary assets and ensuring our presence is on-brand while streamlining processesAnalyze and report competition’s e-marketing activities and recommend course of actionPrepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly results reportsLead the website re-platforming, new website activations and sweepstakesReview and develop customer loyalty programAll other duties assigned by ManagementProfessional Requirements

Job Requirements:

BA in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience requiredMust possess a minimum of 4 years experience in eCommerce salesMust have a minimum of 5 plus years in retail direct marketing and expertise in the online retail industry preferred. Global luxury brand retail experience preferredMust be able to demonstrate online marketing including paid search, SEO, email and database marketing, affiliate marketing and e-commerceKnowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento and Photoshop is a plusComputer proficiency in HTML and SEOExperience with GA4Previous management experience is preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsProven track record of increasing revenue and profit within a retail direct marketing environmentProven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, IT and Global HQ to drive marketing initiatives forwardCreativity in maximizing tight budgets and limited resources will be instrumental to your successA hands-on self-starter, with a can-do positive attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and a strong work ethic will also be essentialThis role requires a good blend of analytical skills and technical knowledgeExcellent computer skills. Experience with Magento platform is a plusThe eCommerce Manager is a self-starter who is a creative problem solver, thrives under pressure, enjoys fast-paced work and is motivated by success.Additional Skill Requirements:
