The candidate will work closely with all Operations Teams to ensure timely and accurate posting of proceeds, delivery of time-sensitive information, and will act on instructions from the branches for all physical security and AIP related communications.What you are good at:Analytical Ability:

Connecting with others in a way that fosters trust and creates collaborative relationships.Responsibilities:Coordinate AIP transactions between the field and AIP vendors.Assist in processing of physical securities.Monitor all AIP paperwork submissions for timely and accurate completion.Monitor and ensure all inquiries are responded to professionally and on a timely basis.Utilize analytical skills to identify possible process and workflow enhancements.Provide task-driven and project coordination support to the Department Manager or Project Manager.Perform assigned workflow tasks from inception to completion with minimal assistance.Cross-train with other Senior Associates to provide back-up coverage for critical functions.Participate in assigned projects as needed.What you have:Self-directed with an ability to prioritize and organize work assignments and multi-task effectively across various projects.Adaptability – when changes occur, can you adapt and thrive?Effective problem-solving skills with an ability to provide solutions in a pro-active, timely manner.Ability to identify opportunities for improvement.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms when needed.Process improvement orientation.Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Ability to demonstrate Janney values.This role will be hybrid; the individual will work approximately three days per week in-office.Why work for us?Benefits: Janney believes that its employees are the key to what makes a great company.
