Contract Duration: 10+ months

Pay rate: up to $45 - $50/hr

Job Description:

The Insights Analyst provides support to the Marketing Insights Team in the execution of Market Research initiatives, the results of which will drive Brand, Product, Advertising, Marketing, and Customer Program strategy for our client’s growing Commercial business.

The Insights Analyst is responsible for assisting the various functions across our client with marketing research, and consumer and customer insights projects to drive the strategy for new product development, branding efforts, contractor programs, and other key aspects of marketing.

This role is focused on conducting marketing research and analysis by leveraging company tools or through managing vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset while being intellectually curious as they help develop and deliver the information that will drive and support the Marketing Strategy.

This person is a listener and asks questions while working with their customers to clearly identify needs upon which to base and develop market research plans.

Marketing research experience is preferred.

Supports the delivery of end-to-end research, from requirements gathering to study launch and results delivery.

Partners with senior Insights resources and outside vendors to conduct relevant market research projects.

Programs questionnaires and conducts analysis within Qualtrics.

Conducts and analyzes qualitative focus groups and interviews as needed.

Presents research findings to business owners, as well as senior management, to give insight into our business.

Supports research needs on request for Commercial areas including but not limited to Products, Programs, Services, and Events for Contractors, Architects, Specifiers, Building Envelope Consultants, Property Managers, and Distributors.

Partners with the channel marketing team, marketing services, and legal to launch surveys to our customer database.

Supports User Experience testing/research.

Collaborates with Insights Team to bring projects to completion.

Experience or technical knowledge of the AEC industry (preferred).

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s Degree mandatory; preferred degree in Marketing, General Management, Psychology, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Architecture/Engineering, or Sustainability.

Certifications through N/ng, Burke, or other institutions/organizations will also be considered in lieu of a degree with appropriate experience.

College graduates or professionals with 3-5 years of experience in marketing research or marketing insights.

Notes:

This opportunity can be considered for remote in the NJ/NYC area in commutable distance to Parsippany HQ.
