The Entry Level Marketing Manager position is a valued team member in the marketing department. The position is considered entry-level to start; however, our company provides growth from within. Training includes a comprehensive overview of basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and customer service.Responsibilities:Create reports and evaluation for campaignsAssist with marketing planning and develop a report based on the Marketing team requirementsAssist with efforts of customer acquisition and retentionExpertly manage the needs of internal and external customersBuild brand recognitionInteract and communicate with Sales Team members and Regional Sales DirectorsWork within the requirements of the creative development process to develop, refine, and ensure efficient, high quality, and timely productionMeet all deadlines set by the Marketing DirectorFile managementJob Requirements:Must have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, or related field or equivalent work experienceAbility to work well within a team environment, possess good communication skills, and take creative directionAbility to meet tight deadlines and handle constructive criticismGeneral marketing experienceExcellent writing and editing skillsMust be able to work full-time hoursAbility to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as team projectsMust be able to work in an energetic, fast-paced environmentAssist team with brainstorming, marketing, branding, and advertising strategies
