Account Development Associate Vice President
to join our team remotely.About the role:
This position performs all account management activities and partners closely with their respective operations team within their book of business to plan and direct activities to align with overall growth and client success goals. This position requires collaboration with high performing teams across the Premise Health enterprise to deliver on established objectives, goals, strategies, and measures. This individual will lead, collaborate, and execute short- and long-term strategies to achieve organic growth and will collaborate on and execute the strategic roadmap for client retention and growth.Essential Functions:Proactively identifies growth opportunities through strong client relationships, data analytics, market intelligence, and new product development.Develops influential, strategic relationships with client contacts, key executives, and stakeholders to promote account growth acceleration.Works with brokers and consultants to promote client loyalty and growth.Manages pipeline to achieve net organic growth-related targets for a diverse book of business of employers/health plans with product offerings spanning onsite, nearsite and/or virtual health services.Establishes and maintains partnerships with Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure overall client success delivery.Leads the development of proposals and presentations for growth opportunities.Delivers presentations to clients.Oversees RFP/RFI strategy and execution.Leads the contract renewal and negotiation process in collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize client loyalty and growth targets.Oversees negotiation of performance guarantees related to account growth.Participates in QBR/ABR client meetings, alongside Operations partners, and leads growth strategy topics on the agenda.Maintains and updates CRM system and communicates the progress of growth initiatives and account status to internal executives and stakeholders.Drives strategy for client interaction and opportunity generation through company-sponsored events and campaigns.May require other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent work experience with significant account management focus). Master’s degree preferred.12+ years of relevant experience in account management, client management, business development or sales role.Proven track record of account growth and retention.Healthcare experience required; prior experience working with large, self-insured employers is strongly preferred.Experience cultivating and growing client relationships with executive management teams.Demonstrated success navigating and fostering cross-functional team collaboration to reach growth and client retention targets.Preferred Experience:Fosters a 'One Team' environment within the company.Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills.Expert collaborator with cross-functional teams.Excellent active and passive listening skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities across multiple functional areas.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Demonstrated leadership skills and executive presence.Demonstrates strong business acumen and knowledge of ROI (Return on Investment), budget, margins, service, and product offerings, to accelerate growth and achieve goals.Excellent time management and organization skills.Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analytics tools.Flexibility and adaptability with a changing environment.Work-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed.
