We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales/Business Development Manager to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have both a hunting and farming mindset, with the ability to secure new business while nurturing and expanding relationships within existing accounts. Experience within the Hi-Tech, Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail, Construction, and Logistics sectors is preferred, though not mandatory. Your primary role will be to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and securing new clients, as well as expanding our footprint within our existing clientele. Your contributions will directly impact our company’s expansion and market leadership in these key industries.

Role:
As a Sales/Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating net new business opportunities and building a robust pipeline within your chosen industry vertical. Leveraging your industry network, market understanding, and client-centric approach, you will craft and execute sales strategies that drive results. Beyond selling, you will collaborate closely with project teams to develop and position value-driven solutions that resonate with prospective clients, ensuring long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Hunt and Acquire New Business: Identify, target, and close new deals across designated sectors.
Expand Existing Relationships: Grow our presence within current accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Leverage Innominds’ Ecosystem: Utilize the full spectrum of Innominds’ capabilities across technology practices, industry verticals, and service lines to create innovative solutions for clients.
Drive Platform Innovation: Act as a catalyst for developing platform solutions tailored specifically to the needs of your industry focus.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred:
Experience in IT Software Services: Previous experience working with IT software services companies is advantageous.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Energy and Go-Getter Attitude: Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to deliver results and contribute to business growth.
