We're looking for an innovative and talented Content Creator to join our creative team. This candidate will ideate, shoot, and edit branded content, including photos and video (primarily iPhone), to showcase the BÉIS personality on various digital platforms. This role will report to the Creative Director.

We are a remote-first company, but you must be local to Los Angeles, CA because this role requires regular in-office time to be hands-on with us throughout the creative process (e.g., ideate, film, edit, etc.). Our office is located in Hollywood.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, websites, advertisements, and other digital marketing channels.

Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices to understand what content drives engagement and sales.

Use humor to connect BÉIS to our community in new ways, using memes and pop-culturally relevant themes.

Film video and shoot stills on iPhone.

Edit videos/audio to create various edits of videos for testing.

Attend and capture content at all photoshoots and events to create both branded and behind-the-scenes content. You must be comfortable working closely with all levels of talent to execute these deliverables.

Assume the role of on-camera talent in branded videos as needed.

Work closely with the Social Media Manager to brainstorm and concept new ideas.

Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute daily social/digital content.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand and campaign goals.

Ensure content is aligned with the brand aesthetics, messaging, and identity and meets the business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma.

3-4 years of experience creating compelling and engaging content across multiple platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

2+ years of videography/video editing experience.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content across a variety of platforms.

Ability to work well in an environment of rapidly changing priorities.

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in creating content for all major social media platforms.

Have a deep understanding of pop culture and social trends and love working within that framework.

A strong eye for design and composition with an ability to create visually appealing content.

Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc. is a strong bonus.

Working experience with camera and lighting equipment is a bonus.

Base Salary Range:

This position's annual base salary range is from $75,000-$80,000. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location, and other relevant factors.
