The Content Manager has the responsibility to run with all kinds of content creation (written, visual, motion, downloadable) to build our position as leaders within AP Automation and to drive growth for our business. This includes planning, preparing, and publishing content for the US market in various formats, for the full customer journey and across different channels/platforms. The content clearly aligns with our global content and SEO strategy, and the Content Manager works closely with the Content and SEO Manager and Designer at HQ for content production.

As a Content Manager, you are an editorial expert and extraordinary copywriter, creating engagement for the content, driving traffic to and engagement on our website, and producing content that positions Rillion as a thought leader.

Responsibilities:

Formulate a cross-platform content and distribution plan (ToFu, MoFu, BoFu) for the US market to attract, engage, and convert prospects to customers.

Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to ensure your content is SEO optimized.

Monitor market trends within the content domain, keep a close eye on competitors, and stay ahead in terms of our own content strategy, execution, and analysis.

Create compelling B2B content (i.e., whitepapers, blogs, reports, guides, infographics, case studies, use cases, webinars) to engage our US audience.

Produce thought leadership content to create demand in the ICP segments we compete in.

Collaborate with our Product Marketing Manager to create product-oriented content for product releases, use cases, testimonials, demos, guides, etc. to drive interest in our product and capture demand.

Manage our editorial content calendar for the US market and all aspects of content creation and delivery.

Analyze how different content ties back to key metrics/results (high intent MQLs, deal creation, inbound pipeline, and ARR).

Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies), competitors, and other industry players to stay up to date.

Identify trending topics by engaging with communities, Slack groups, etc., and write about topics in actionable ways.

What we look for:

You are an editorial expert and extraordinary copywriter, skilled at creating engaging content that drives traffic and engagement on our website.

Past experience producing short- and long-form written content for digital channels (e.g., blogs, web pages, webinar slide decks, marketing emails).

A creative and analytical mindset: You’re highly creative and can apply that creativity across projects and team functions.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Technology, Journalism, or a writing-focused area of study.

Fundamental SEO knowledge.

Experience using SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.

Familiarity with project management tools like Monday, Asana, Wrike, Trello, or similar is preferable.

Interest in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for brainstorming, idea creation, and content production.

Base salary: $90,000/yr – $110,000/yr.
