We’re seeking future team members for the role of
Billing Manager to join our Investment Management team.
This role is located in Boston, MA - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Supervising a small team responsible for producing invoices and setting up billing accounts.
Contributing to the operating protocols for billing activities and making recommendations for billing process improvements.
Serving as the escalation point for critical issues or roadblocks and shepherding issues through to resolution. Keeping abreast of all unusual requests/transactions/issues and ensuring proper escalation where appropriate.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining account structures and fee schedules in the billing system, producing, and verifying invoices and applying revenue, accruals, and payments.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree in business related discipline with 5-7+ years billing experience or equivalent.
Knowledge of investment management, finance, and accounting.
Experience with internal and external audit.
Experience in managing/supervising a small to medium sized team.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with multiple internal and external organizations.
High level of proficiency with Excel.
