We have been instructed to source a candidate to head up the Chelsea office sales division. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to step up in their career and be part of a long-term growth plan both personally and professionally.The Requirements & The RoleIt is imperative you have been working within Estate Agency, ideally within Kensington & Chelsea or within close proximity for a minimum of five years.The following is essential:Confident, personable, and engaging with an ability to converse with HNWIExperience in valuing properties and converting leads, cross-selling, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentDemonstrate ability to network and constructively embed in the neighbourhoodUse the brand, marketing, and peers to elevate presence in the areaContinuously drive business forward and know your market and demographicThe RewardsThis is a bespoke package based on the candidate's experience.
